Mela Kapal
Mochan which is approx. 15 K.m. from Jagadhri town & Approx. 3 K.m. from
Bilaspur has been categorized in 4 Sectors .
Following
arrangements has been made by District Administration Yamuna Nagar for smooth
running of the Mela
1. Tentage :
adequate tentage arrangements has been made so that pilgrims should not face any
problem.12 rest tentage has installed in the admin block for officers on Mela
Duty.
2. Drinking
Water : Chlorination water is providing for installing tanks with tabs.
3.
sanitation : 300 toilet sheets along with 60 water tanks has been installed for
proper sanitation
4. Milk :
Vita milk huts are installed at different sector for providing adequate milk to
the pilgrims.
5. Health :
4 posts in each sector & 1 in admin block with base hospital at bilaspur has
been working for health problems. DHO will be the over all incharge. 4 ambulance
is in each sector with one in base hospital is in working.
6. Law &
Order : 7 police post with police line is looking after the Law & Order
situations in the Mela.
