            NIC YNR take part actively for implementing HALRIS in District Yamuna Nagar (containing 3 tehsils and 3 sub tehsils).A computerized nakal service centre has been eastiblished at Tehsil Jagadhri ,for providing Computerized nakal of all the jamabandies of Tehsil Jagadhri,This centre was inaugurated by Hon'ble Revenue and Irrigation Minister Captain Ajay Singh Yadav on 27/10/2005. Also a touch screen kiosk has been installed at tehsil jagadhri,With the help of touch screen public can get whole information about their land record, collector rates, by just pressing the touch screen with their finger tip.

  

             HARIS automates all major activities of Sub Registrar Office and covers online Registration of all types of deeds, Evaluation of properties, Monitoring of Revenue, Preparation of index register, issue of Encumbrance Certificates and Electronic storage of scanned documents, deeds of Sale, Mortgage, Adoption, GPA, Exchange, Pattanama, Lease etc.

HARIS is a client/server based software, implemented in the Sub-Registrar Office (3 Tehsils and 3 Sub Tehsils) of District Yamuna Nagar since Year 2001.
